Shipping to the United States
We ship orders to the United States using reliable international postal carriers. For orders valued up to $800 USD, all customs fees and related charges are already included in the order price. The customer does not pay any additional taxes or duties upon delivery.
All parcels include standard tracking, and the average delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping to Europe
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, VAT is not charged at checkout. Please note that local Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, or handling fees may be applied once the parcel arrives in the destination country, in accordance with local regulations. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid directly by the customer.
The average delivery time to Europe is 7–15 business days.

General Terms
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services in the destination country.
